- Initial Diagnostic Exam
This is our initial visit to meet and understand you. We will develop a comprehensive history together, and this will help us develop diagnoses and a treatment plan. The fee is difficult to calculate because the time needed is variable. Additional time needed may be billed additionally per time spent.
- Follow up appointment (45 min)
Follow up appointments are in 15 minute increments per needs.
- Follow Up Appointment (30 min.)
Standard follow times are 30 minutes, longer durations are available per request. Any time over the scheduled time is billed in 15 min increments.
